The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed with 2 little kids and the staff were very accommodating. The swimming pool was nicely warmed. There were interesting shows every evening, and the kids area was great. The food was VERY tasty and of good quality!!!
There was loud music in the reception. It was very stressful to check in with kids. there was a smell of marihuana on the balcony each evening.

The room was spacious. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The grounds were tended well and the area was clean and maintained well. Breakfast tasted great and there was a massive selection, AMAZING!!!

the breakfast had a vast choice and top quality hot drinks were available. the beds were comfy. the hotel facilities were clean and well kept.
Some staff members were rude and unhelpful. This dampened the whole experience. the rooms were quite small with minimal storage space. bars were expensive. The cocktails tasted like water costing £13 a drink.

most staff was very friendly. everywhere was kept clean. the breakfast buffet offered much choice. it was well organized with many people using it. i enjoyed the spa. sunbeds by one pool was available despite the hotel was 95% full.
the hotel rooms are very tired. the bed linen requires updating. the shower leaked into the toilet. i was disappointed on that aspect.

most staff were helpful to me. vip check-in seemed efficient. the staff always try to ensure i have the best experience. poolside staff worked hard in a very understaffed enviroment.

taxis wait right outside the hotel. a supermarket is nearby. a free shuttle bus goes each morning to las americas. the local bus returns for around 2.5 euros pp. taxi was around 16 euros.
